Our factory is located in north-west of Turkey in the city of Kırklareli, 200 km from Istanbul. We claim that it is one of the most modern plants in the industry.

The water required for our production is provided from the licensed wells which are located in our plant, and they are periodically analyzed. The water, steam generation and electricity have redundant stations. In all stages of the production, we have highly experienced employees who show the maximum importance to our quality.

The short fiber raw cotton accepted to the facility is first kept in the quarantine warehouse for quality control. After verifying that its quality is optimum for production of hydrophilic cotton and once it passes the quality checks , the raw material is stored in the main warehouse until it enters the purification process.

Physical purification, namely bleaching the cotton, is the first step in the production of hydrophilic cotton. After physical purification, the first treatment of raw cotton with water takes place in the soaking and cake preparation step. The prepared soaked cotton cake is sent to the autoclave where bleaching and cleaning processes are carried out. Since the bleached cotton contains a high percentage of water when exiting the autoclave, it is separated from the excess water with the centrifuge step. Then, the dewatered cotton is divided into smaller pieces and fed intothe drying units. The hydrophilic cotton, which is ready after drying, is packaged and delivered to different facilities to be used in production processes.
